OnSite Checklist — Delete Your Account & Data

In the app

1. Open OnSite Checklist
2. Tap Settings (gear) → Delete account
3. Confirm

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Send an e-mail from your account address to privacy@onsiteclub.ca with the subject "Delete my Checklist account". We delete within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• E-mail, password, name, trade and account ID
• Your sign-in on every OnSite Club app (one account works everywhere)
• Crash reports linked to your account ID (within 90 days, Sentry retention)

What is kept

• Lists, photos and plan questions stay with the jobsite they belong to, with your name next to repairs you were assigned. Ask us to remove your name if you want.
• Breach records, if any, are kept as the law requires.
